THE CHALLENGE
A plant where safety and visibility could no longer be left to chance
The facility spans a resin plant, two coating plants, storage yards, an admin building and multiple gates.
A wide, active industrial footprint where machinery, operators and material movement all needed to be visible at once.
Existing coverage was partial, and there was no single place for the team to monitor the whole site.

A unified platform
Following a full site survey, Unicom Infotel designed a modular, unified security architecture.
We deployed video coverage first. It had access control and audio built into the same platform for later activation rather than a separate system.

Cameras were placed across every zone of the plant. Right from gates, admin building, resin plant, both coating plants, storage areas to the full perimeter.
